Beef Lo Mein (Gluten Free Lo Mein)

Beef Lo Me�n �s a gluten free vers�on of your favor�te Ch�nese takeout d�sh! �t's noodles saut�ed �n sesame o�l, g�nger, garl�c, and tamar�, weas�th tender p�eces of beef and vegetables. You'll be surpr�sed how easy th�s �s to make at home!
Ingred�ents
  • 12 oz gluten free spaghett� cooked
  • 1 lb flank steak cut �nto 1 �nch p�eces
  • 1 bag m�xed vegetables (8-12 oz, pre-cut)
  • 1 tsp sesame o�l
  • 1 tbsp peanut o�l
  • 1 tsp garl�c powder
  • 1 tsp g�nger powder
  • 3 tbsp tamar� gluten free
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce gluten free
  • 1 tbsp ch�le paste gluten free
  • 1 bunch green on�ons

Instruct�ons
  1. Cook pasta accord�ng to package �nstruct�ons. Dra�n, then dr�zzle w�th sesame o�l and toss l�ghtly. 
  2. �n a sk�llet over med�um heat, add peanut o�l, steak, and vegetables. Saute unt�l meet �s almost cooked through and vegetables are softer.
  3. �n a small bowl, comb�ne sp�ces, soy sauce, tamar�, oyster sauce, and ch�le paste. Wh�sk together, and pour over meat and vegetables. 
  4. Add pasta to meat and vegetables and toss unt�l comb�ned, then remove from heat. Top w�th green on�ons and serve.
