- 1/2 teaspoon cnnamon, ground
- 2 cups greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, or almond yogurt
- 4 cups mxed frut, for toppng, (strawberres, raspberres, blueberres, apples)
Instructons
- Pre-heat oven to 325F.
- Mx the oats, nuts, seeds, melted ol, honey, vanlla and cnnamon together n a bowl untl thoroughly coated.
- Press about 3 tablespoons of the mxture nto 8 greased mn tart pans. Use the back of an oled spoon to help press the granola evenly across the pan and up the sdes.
- Bake n the center rack of the oven for about 15 to 17 mnutes, or untl golden.
- mmedately after removng the tart shells from the oven, use the back of the spoon to press down the centers of the crust to create more of an ndentaton, and push up the sdes. The shell puffs up n the oven, so t helps to reshape the crust after t bakes whle stll hot.
- Allow to cool completely n the pan before removng.
- Use a small knfe to gently release the sdes of the crust, workng around each sde, then very carefully remove t from the pan, turnng over f needed nto your hand. The crust should be crsp on the sdes and hold together, but wll be delcate.
- Fll each tart wth 3 to 4 tablespoons yogurt, smooth out evenly.
- Arrange the frut on top and serve mmedately. The crust wll become a lttle soggy f left to st for too long.
