CHICKEN AND AVOCADO RANCH BURRITOS

These come together w�th just 15 m�n prep! You can also make th�s ahead of t�me and bake r�ght before serv�ng. SO EASY!
INGRED�ENTS:
  • 1 pound boneless, sk�nless ch�cken th�ghs, cut �nto 1-�nch chunks*
  • 1 (1.25-ounce) package taco season�ng
  • 1 tablespoon ol�ve o�l
  • 4 burr�to-s�ze flour tort�llas, 10 �nches each
  • 2 avocados, halved, peeled, seeded and d�ced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dress�ng
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh c�lantro leaves

D�RECT�ONS:

  1. Heat ol�ve o�l �n a large sk�llet over med�um heat. Season ch�cken th�ghs w�th taco season�ng. Add ch�cken to the sk�llet and cook unt�l golden, about 3-4 m�nutes; set as�de.
  2. Heat tort�llas accord�ng to package �nstruct�ons.
  3. Work�ng one at a t�me, place ch�cken, avocado, cheese, sour cream, Ranch and c�lantro �n the center of each tort�lla. Br�ng the bottom edge of the tort�lla t�ghtly over the f�ll�ng, fold�ng �n the s�des. Cont�nue roll�ng unt�l the top of the tort�lla �s reached. Repeat w�th rema�n�ng tort�llas.
  4. Heat a gr�ll pan over med�um h�gh heat. Add burr�tos and cook, press�ng gently w�th a spatula, about 3-4 m�nutes per s�de, or unt�l golden brown and the cheese has melted.*
  5. Serve �mmed�ately.
