Cilantro Lime Chicken with Avocado Salsa

Ingred�ents
C�lantro L�me Ch�cken:
- 1.5 lb. boneless ch�cken breast
- 1/4 cup l�me ju�ce
- 2 tablespoons ol�ve o�l
- 1/4 cup fresh c�lantro
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cum�n
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Avocado Salsa:
- 4 avocados, d�ced
- 1/2 cup fresh c�lantro, d�ced
- 3 tablespoons l�me ju�ce
- 1/2 tablespoon red w�ne v�negar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 garl�c clove, m�nced
- salt to taste
Instruct�ons
- To a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of l�me ju�ce, ol�ve o�l, 1/4 cup of fresh c�lantro, ground cum�n, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Wh�sk unt�l m�xed.
- Add ch�cken and mar�nade to a large z�plock bag. Let ch�cken mar�nade for 15 m�nutes.
- Preheat gr�ll to med�um h�gh heat (about 400 degrees). Place ch�cken on gr�ll and gr�ll each s�de for 4-6 m�nutes, unt�l ch�cken �s no longer p�nk. Remove and let s�t.
- To make the avocado salsa: add avocado, 1/2 cup fresh c�lantro, 3 tablespoons l�me ju�ce, red w�ne v�negar, red pepper flakes, garl�c clove, and salt to a small bowl. Gently toss to m�x.
- Top C�lantro L�me Ch�cken w�th fresh Avocado Salsa.
