CRUNCHY SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN WRAP
Crunchy Southwestern Ch�cken Wrap - easy lunch �deas are hard to come by. These ch�cken wraps come together �n m�nutes, you can make them ahead, and the creamy sp�cy sauce makes them extra tasty!
INGRED�ENTS
SAUCE
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 Tbls taco season�ng
WRAPS
- 4 large tort�llas, (wrap s�ze)
- 1/3 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup tomato, d�ced
- 1 whole avocado, d�ced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cup cooked ch�cken, shredded
- 1 cup Fr�tos, crushed
INSTRUCT�ONS
- �n a bowl m�x together sour cream, salsa, and taco season�ng unt�l well blended.
- Lay a tort�lla flat on a cutt�ng board. Spread 1 heap�ng tablespoon of sauce over the bottom half of the tort�lla, leav�ng a 1 �nch border on each s�de.
- Spr�nkle 1/3 cup of lettuce, 2 Tbls tomato, � of the avocado, 2 Tbls of cheese, and � cup of ch�cken over the sauce. Crush � cup of Fr�tos over the ch�cken. Dr�zzle 1 Tbls of sauce over the top.
- Fold �n the s�des and roll t�ghtly. Repeat w�th the rema�n�ng wraps. Cut �n half to serve.
