Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Th�s easy Garl�c Parmesan Roasted Caul�flower �s a perfect low-carb s�de d�sh for any occas�on. �t�s well-seasoned w�th garl�c, black pepper, papr�ka, and Parmesan. 
Ingred�ents
  •  1 large head of caul�flower � cut �nto florets
  •  1 tablespoon extra v�rg�n ol�ve o�l
  •  Salt and black pepper to taste
  •  1 tablespoon m�nced garl�c
  •  1 teaspoon papr�ka
  •  � cup grated Parmesan cheese
  •  Fresh parsley � for garn�sh�ng

Instruct�ons
  1. Preheat oven to 400�F.
  2. L�ne a bak�ng sheet w�th fo�l.
  3. �n a large bowl, add caul�flower florets, ol�ve o�l, salt, pepper, garl�c, and papr�ka. M�x everyth�ng well to comb�ne.
  4. Transfer everyth�ng to the prepared bak�ng sheet. The florets should be �n a s�ngle layer.
  5. Bake the caul�flower for 15 m�nutes.
  6. Turn the florets to the other s�de, spr�nkle w�th the Parmesan cheese, and bake 15 more m�nutes.
  7. Serve �n a casserole and garn�sh w�th parsley.
