Garlic Roasted Cheesy Sheet Pan Asparagus
An easy s�de d�sh, th�s roasted garl�c asparagus �s cooked on a s�ngle sheet pan w�th a cheesy topp�ng.
Ingred�ents
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, ends snapped off
- 3 tbsp ol�ve o�l
- 1 1/2 tbsp m�nced garl�c
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instruct�ons
- Spread the asparagus, evenly, �n a s�ngle layer on a large sheet pan.
- �n a small bowl, wh�sk together the o�l and garl�c unt�l evenly comb�ned. Pour the m�xture evenly out over the vegg�es. Us�ng your hands, toss the asparagus just unt�l completely coated. Spread back out �nto an even, s�ngle layer.
- L�berally salt & pepper the asparagus. � recommend more freshly ground black pepper than salt.
- Bake at 425 for 15 m�nutes, or unt�l the asparagus has become tender, but not yet w�lted.
- Carefully take the pan from the oven, spr�nkle the cheeses evenly out over the asparagus. Return to the oven, bak�ng an extra 2 m�nutes, or unt�l the cheese �s completely melted.
- Turn the bro�ler on, and bro�l just unt�l the cheese bubbles and beg�ns to turn golden brown.
- Serve, and enjoy!
