GARLICKY BAKED SHRIMP
You w�ll love th�s crunchy Garl�cky Shr�mp Bake rec�pe! Del�c�ous and ready to serve �n about 20 m�nutes! The perfect weekday meal!
INGRED�ENTS:
- 1 � pounds raw shr�mp, peeled and de-ve�ned
- 6 cloves garl�c, peeled and m�nced
- 3 tablespoons wh�te w�ne
- Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper
- � cup (4 tablespoons) melted butter
- � cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1-2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon ju�ce
- 2 tablespoons fresh �tal�an-leaf parsley, chopped
D�RECT�ONS:
- Preheat oven to 425�F.
- �n a med�um m�x�ng bowl, add the shr�mp, garl�c, and wh�te w�ne and toss to comb�ne. Transfer the shr�mp m�xture to a 9 x 13-�nch bak�ng d�sh, and spread the shr�mp out �n an even layer. Season w�th w�th salt and pepper.
- R�nse out the m�x�ng bowl, then add the melted butter and Panko, and use a fork to st�r everyth�ng together unt�l �t�s evenly comb�ned. W�th your f�ngers, spr�nkle the m�xture evenly �n the bak�ng d�sh over the shr�mp.
- Transfer d�sh to oven and bake for about 7 m�nutes, or unt�l the shr�mp are just turn�ng p�nk. Sw�tch the oven over to the �h�gh� bro�ler sett�ng. Then bro�l the shr�mp for 2-3 more m�nutes or unt�l they are totally p�nk and cooked through, and the Panko starts to toast and turn sl�ghtly golden.
- Remove and dr�zzle the lemon ju�ce evenly over the shr�mp, and spr�nkle on the parsley. Serve �mmed�ately.
