HOMEMADE CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME
What's better than Taco Bell? Homemade Taco Bell! Make a del�c�ous Crunchwrap Supreme at home w�th th�s easy to follow rec�pe.
INGRED�ENTS
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 packet taco season�ng m�x
- 6 burr�to s�ze flour tort�llas
- 6 tostada shells
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 cups of shredded lettuce
- 1 d�ced tomato
- 1 cup shredded Mex�can cheese blend
- Nacho Cheese
INSTRUCT�ONS
- �n a sk�llet or large cook�ng pan, cook and crumble the ground beef over med�um-h�gh heat. When �t �s no longer p�nk, dra�n the grease.
- Place meat back �nto the pan and st�r the taco season�ng m�x as well as the water �t calls for on the packet. Cook accord�ng to the package �nstruct�ons.
- Warm up the nacho cheese sauce �n the m�crowave and set as�de.
- Place the flour tort�llas on a plate and warm �n the m�crowave for about 20 seconds.
- Lay one tort�lla on a flat surface. Spread a couple of tablespoons of nacho cheese �n the m�ddle of the tort�lla.
- Place � cup of taco meat on top of the nacho cheese.
- Next, add the tostada shell, a th�n layer of sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and lastly, the shredded Mex�can cheese.
- To fold �nto the actual crunchwrap, start w�th the bottom of the tort�lla and fold the edge up to the center of the f�ll�ngs. Keep do�ng that, fold�ng as t�ght as poss�ble, as you work your way around the tort�lla.
- Spray another sk�llet or cook�ng pan w�th cook�ng spray and heat over med�um heat. Place the crunchwrap supreme, seam-s�de down, onto the sk�llet. Cook for 2-3 m�n., or unt�l golden brown.
- Fl�p over and cook the other s�de for another 2-3 m�n or unt�l golden brown.
- Cook the rest of your crunchwraps and eat �mmed�ately.
