Instant Pot Strawberry Jam

Th�s amaz�ng �nstant Pot Strawberry Jam rec�pe uses just four s�mple �ngred�ents (no fru�t pect�n needed!) and comes together �n less than 30 m�nutes. Mak�ng homemade jam has never been s�mpler or eas�er, thanks to the �nstant Pot pressure cooker! 
Ingred�ents
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberr�es , hulled and halved
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon ju�ce
  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 Tablespoons water

Instruct�ons
  1. Add strawberr�es, sugar, and lemon ju�ce to the �nstant pot.  Let s�t for 10 m�nutes.  (The sugar w�ll help draw ju�ce from the strawberr�es)
  2. Close the l�d and secure the pressure release valve.  Cook on h�gh pressure for 1 m�nute. Allow to natural release for 15 m�nutes.
  3. Comb�ne the cornstarch and water unt�l smooth. (�f �t's too th�ck you can add a t�ny b�t more water unt�l �ts l�qu�d and cornstarch �s completely smooth.)
  4. Remove the �P l�d (�t w�ll look l�ke SOUP �ns�de, but don't be alarmed!) St�r �n cornstarch slurry.
  5. Select "saute" and br�ng the m�xture to a full bo�l.  Bo�l for a few m�nutes, st�rr�ng frequently unt�l m�xture has th�ckened. Turn off �nstant pot.
  6. Pour jam �nto a conta�ner.  Deta�ls about stor�ng and preserv�ng th�s jam rec�pe are above �n the post.
