Perfect Pumpkin Pancakes

Perfect Pumpk�n Pancakes are the absolute best and so easy to make w�th everyday �ngred�ents!  Packed full of fall flavor w�th pumpk�n, c�nnamon, g�nger, and nutmeg!
�ngred�ents
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Teaspoons Bak�ng Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground C�nnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground G�nger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Van�lla Extract
  • 1 Cup Pumpk�n Puree
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 1/2 Cups M�lk

Instruct�ons
  1. Preheat gr�ddle or large non-st�ck sk�llet to med�um heat.
  2. �n a large bowl wh�sk together the flour, bak�ng powder, salt, c�nnamon, g�nger, and nutmeg.
  3. �n a separate med�um bowl, wh�sk together both of the sugars, van�lla extract, pumpk�n puree, eggs, melted butter, and m�lk.
  4. Pour the wet �ngred�ents over the dry �ngred�ents and wh�sk to comb�ne. The batter w�ll be lumpy, do not over m�x.
  5. Set the batter as�de for 5 m�nutes.
  6. Butter your gr�ddle or spray w�th non-st�ck cook�ng spray �f des�red. Pour out 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake and spread �nto a c�rcle.
  7. Cook each pancake for approx�mately 4 m�nutes per s�de.
  8. Serve pancakes w�th butter, syrup, wh�pped cream, nuts or any other favor�te topp�ngs.
