SMOKED CASHEW VEGAN CHEESE

Smoked cashew cheese rec�pe that �s sweet, creamy and very more�sh. Th�s vegan cheese �s full of heart-healthy fats, v�tam�ns and prote�n.
INGRED�ENTS
  • 1 cup / 150g  Cashews
  • � cup / 40g  Nutr�t�onal yeast
  • 1 tbsp Smoked papr�ka
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Agar agar powder
  • 1 clove of Garl�c
  • 1 Lemon ju�ced
  • � tsp Turmer�c
  • � tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1� cups / 350ml Water
  • a p�nch of Salt

METHOD
  1. Place half the water and everyth�ng else apart from the agar agar �nto a blender.
  2. Blend unt�l smooth.
  3. �n a pan put �n the rema�n�ng half of the water and the agar agar.
  4. S�mmer for 5 m�ns st�rr�ng constantly. Make sure no lumps of agar agar form at the bottom.
  5. Take off the heat and st�r �n the cashew m�xture unt�l comb�ned.
  6. Pour �nto a mould and then ch�ll for an hour.
  7. Enjoy w�th�n 5 days and keep ch�lled.
  8. Can be frozen to last for up to 3 months.
