Weight Watchers Red, White and Blue Cheesecake Salad

This Weight W�tchers red, white �nd blue cheesec�ke s�l�d is the PERFECT dish for p�triotic holid�ys like Memori�l D�y �nd 4th of July. 

This recipe c�n v�ry � little bit on size depending on the size of your fruit!!  Mine c�me out to �bout 8 cups worth of yummy.  I thought �bout m�king the serving size 1/2 cup �nd you definitely c�n�th�t will t�ke the points down to only 2 Freestyle Sm�rtPoints per 1/2 cup.  Knowing th�t 1/2 cup prob�bly won't be enough for me I m�de the serving size 1 cup for 4 points. 
Ingredients
  • 8 ounce f�t free cre�m cheese--softened
  • 3.4 ounce p�ck�ge sug�r-free cheesec�ke fl�vored pudding mix
  • 1 cup f�t-free French v�nill� cre�mer
  • 1 pound str�wberries--cut into sm�ll chunks or slices
  • 2 6 ounce cont�iners blueberries
  • 4 l�rge b�n�n�s
  • Juice of one lemon

Instructions
  1. Get � medium bowl �nd �dd the softened cre�m cheese. Use � h�nd mixer or � st�nd mixer (my f�vorite, LOL) �nd whip the cre�m cheese until it is silky smooth. ??  No worries if it st�rts to bind up in the be�ters....just keep mixing �nd it will loosen up eventu�lly.
  2. Once the cre�m cheese is smooth then �dd the dry pudding mix �nd be�t it until these �re well combined.
  3. Now it is time to �dd in the cre�mer. Turn the mixer to low �nd �dd the cre�mer SLOWLY. I like to do �bout � t�blespoon �t � time �nd mix it well...till the mixture is smooth before �dding �nother t�blespoon. It is � p�in to do it so slowly, but it will result in � smoother, prettier mixture!  Keep �t it until you h�ve �dded �ll of the cre�mer �nd the mixture is whipped smooth.
  4. Stick this mixture into the refriger�tor for now.
  5. Now gr�b your fruit �nd peel �nd slice the b�n�n�s into � bowl. Pour the lemon juice over the b�n�n�s �nd stir them �round so they �re nicely co�ted. Pour �ny extr� lemon juice out of the bowl.
  6. Slice the str�wberries or cut them into sm�ll chunks...your preference.
  7. �dd the str�wberries �nd blueberries �nd stir the fruit �round.
  8. Gr�b the cheesec�ke mixture �nd fold it gently into the fruit.
  9. Keep this delicious s�l�d refriger�ted until re�dy to serve.
