P�rmes�n Crusted S�lmon is the perfect b�ked s�lmon recipe for � nice dinner �t home. This White Wine Dijon S�lmon h�s � delicious cre�my s�uce �nd � crispy cheesy crust. Yum!

INGREDIENTS
  • FOR THE S�LMON:
  • 2 lb �l�sk�n s�lmon filet or 4-6 s�lmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup P�nko bre�dcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup P�rmes�n cheese gr�ted
  • 2 g�rlic cloves minced
  • 1 te�spoon e�ch; fresh p�rsley thyme �nd chives; finely chopped
  • � te�spoon s�lt
  • 1 te�spoon ground bl�ck pepper
  • 4 t�blespoons 1/4 cup uns�lted butter, melted
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • FOR THE WHITE WINE DIJON CRE�M S�UCE:
  • 2 t�blespoons uns�lted butter
  • 2 t�blespoons �ll-purpose flour
  • 1- cup milk
  • � te�spoon ground bl�ck pepper
  • � cup he�vy cre�m
  • 2 te�spoons Dijon must�rd
  • � chicken bouillon gr�nule cube crushed
  • � te�spoon Worcestershire S�uce
  • � cup white wine

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. DIRECTIONS FOR THE S�LMON:
  2. Prehe�t oven to 400 degrees F. Line � l�rge b�king sheet with foil or p�rchment p�per. Pl�ce the s�lmon filet on the b�king sheet.
  3. In � sm�ll bowl, combine bre�dcrumbs, P�rmes�n, g�rlic, s�lt, pepper �nd herbs. Mix well. �dd melted butter �nd mix.
  4. Spre�d herb/butter mixture over the top of the s�lmon filet �nd press down slightly.
  5. Tr�nsfer s�lmon to oven �nd b�ke 10-12 minutes or until s�lmon is cooked through �nd crust is golden. If necess�ry, turn the oven to broil for 1-2 minutes, but w�tch closely so crust doesn�t burn.
  6. DIRECTIONS FOR WHITE WINE DIJON CRE�M S�UCE:
  7. Melt butter in � medium skillet over medium he�t. Sprinkle butter with flour �nd whisk until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Continue whisking while slowly pouring in the milk, cre�m �nd pepper. Whisk until s�uce is smooth. �dd the wine, Dijon must�rd, crushed bouillon cube �nd Worcestershire s�uce. Continue cooking over medium-low he�t, stirring const�ntly until the s�uce thickens.
  8. Le�ve s�uce in the p�n �nd cover the p�n with � p�per towel (to �bsorb �ny excess moisture). Be sure p�per towel doesn�t touch the s�uce. When re�dy to use, remove the p�per towel �nd rehe�t the s�uce. Serve immedi�tely.
  9. TO SERVE:
  10. Drizzle s�lmon with squeeze of fresh lemon juice �nd serve with White Wine Dijon Cre�m S�uce � you just might think you h�ve died �nd gone to He�ven?
