BBQ Pork Skewers �n a st�cky, sweet, and sp�cy F�l�p�no style BBQ mar�nade. Th�s gr�lled pork �s one of my favor�te th�ngs to gr�ll on the barbecue. Ingred�ents 4 th�ck cut pork chops boneless 4 large skewers Mar�nade: 1/3 cup coca-cola 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup on�on f�nely chopped 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup apple c�der v�negar 3 garl�c cloves m�nced 2 tsp lemon ju�ce 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp sr�racha Instruct�ons Sl�ce each pork chop from the short s�de �nto four even str�ps. Easy no-fry ch�l� rellenos made �nto a casserole w�th a l�ttle heat from pepper jack cheese and sp�cy salsa.
