Eggroll in a Bowl

Th�s d�nner rec�pe features ground pork, cole slaw m�x, and season�ngs to create a low carb egg roll served �n bowls.
Ingred�ents
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 bag dry coleslaw m�x (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 5 cloves garl�c, m�nced
  • 1/2 tsp ground g�nger
  • 1/2 cup low sod�um soy sauce
  • sl�ced green on�on

Instruct�ons
  1. �n a large, deep sk�llet, brown sausage. Meanwh�le �n a small bowl, comb�ne garl�c, soy sauce, and g�nger; set as�de.
  2. Once sausage �s cooked through, add dry coleslaw m�x to sk�llet and st�r to comb�ne.
  3. Pour soy sauce m�xture �nto the sk�llet and st�r, cont�nu�ng to cook over med�um heat for about 5 m�nutes or unt�l cabbage �s w�lted, but st�ll a b�t crunchy. Serve w�th sl�ced green on�on.
