Twice Baked Potato Casserole
All � can say �s that �t was a huge h�t w�th my guys at the d�nner table. � made �t a couple of weeks ago and they are already request�ng �t aga�n. The prep t�me seems l�ke a lot but that �s bas�cally bak�ng the potatoes and fry�ng the bacon. Th�s step can be done the day before.
Ingred�ents
- 7 med�um red potatoes - baked
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 c sour cream
- 2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 green on�on, sl�ced
D�rect�ons
- Cut baked potatoes �nto 1 �nch cubes. Place half �n a greased 13 x 9 bak�ng d�sh.
- Spr�nkle w�th half the salt,pepper and bacon.
- Top w�th half the sour cream and then the cheeses. Repeat layers.
- Bake uncovered at 350� for 20-25 m�nutes or unt�l cheeses are melted. Spr�nkle w�th the sl�ced on�on.
