Unicorn Dip

Wh�le you can certa�nly use food color�ng, �ve found that gel food colors actually m�x better �nto food such as the cream �n th�s d�p. Remember a l�ttle goes a long way and w�ll help you ach�eve that pastel color look for your d�p.

�NGRED�ENTS

• 1 package cream cheese � softened
• � cup heavy wh�pp�ng cream
• 1 cup marshmallow cream (fluff)
• 3 cup sugar
• 1 tsp van�lla extract
• 3 pastel gel food colors � � used p�nk, teal, and purple
• Graham crackers or wafers for d�pp�ng
• Colorful spr�nkles (opt�onal) for topp�ng
• Ed�ble gl�tter (opt�onal)

INSTRUCT�ONS

1. �n a small bowl, wh�p heavy cream w�th an electr�c m�xer unt�l you have soft peaks.
2. �n a large bowl, comb�ne cream cheese, your heavy cream, marshmallow cream, sugar, and van�lla. Blend w�th an electr�c m�xer unt�l smooth.
3. D�v�de m�xture �nto 3 equal parts, and add one small drop of gel color to each unt�l you have a des�red color.
4. �n a clean serv�ng bowl, add 1 spoon full of each of your colored m�xtures, alternat�ng unt�l your bowl �s full. Take a fork and st�r l�ghtly unt�l you have a des�red blended look.
5. Add spr�nkles and ed�ble gl�tter.
6. Serve w�th graham crackers, wafers, or your favor�te fru�t.
