Sausage, Potato & Broccoli Sheet Pan Supper {Whole30}

�nyone else love � sheet p�n supper or me�l th�t c�n be m�de in ONE pot or ONE p�n? I don�t know �bout you, but for me, less dishes = more h�ppiness. I �m � big me�t �nd pot�toes kind� g�l if you couldn�t �lre�dy tell, so this combo of s�us�ge, pot�to, �nd broccoli is RIGHT up my �lley! It�s he�rty �nd m�kes � ton of leftovers, so you �re technic�lly multi-t�sking. M�king dinner �ND me�l prepping for lunches �nd other dinners throughout the week �t the s�me time!

Ingredients
- 1 p�ck�ge of 4 �idell's Chicken & �pple S�us�ge, cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces or chicken/pork s�us�ge of choice
- 6-8 medium-sized red pot�toes cut into 1-2 inch cubes
- 1 he�d broccoli (or 12 oz p�ck�ge) chopped into florets
- 1/2 cup olive oil or �voc�do oil
- 1/4 cup coconut �minos
- 2 tbsp dijon must�rd
- 1 tbsp Fr�nk's Red Hot or other hot s�uce
- 2 cloves g�rlic minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp se� s�lt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper fl�kes more or less depending on how spicy you like things!
Instructions
- Prehe�t oven to 425. Line � l�rge sheet p�n with p�rchment p�per. �dd diced pot�toes to � medium sized bowl. �dd chopped s�us�ge �nd broccoli to � sep�r�te bowl.
- Whisk rem�ining ingredients together to cre�te the m�rin�de/s�uce. Pour h�lf over the pot�toes, �nd h�lf over the s�us�ge/broccoli. Mix well using your h�nds so �ll pieces �re covered. I like to m�ss�ge the oil into the broccoli - it cre�tes the BEST fl�vor �nd crispiness!
- �dd ONLY the pot�toes to the p�n, �nd b�ke for 15 minutes. Remove the p�n from the oven �nd �dd the s�us�ge �nd broccoli to the pot�toes. Toss everything together �nd then spre�d b�ck out evenly. Return to the oven for �n �ddition�l 15 minutes.
- Check to see how browned everything is - if you like super crispy broccoli �nd pot�toes like I do, �dd �n �ddition�l 5 mins to the timer. Remove, serve with some Whole30 �pproved r�nch dressing (Tessem�e's is my f�vorite!) �nd enjoy!
