Ingredients
- For Oreo Crust:
- 36 Golden Oreo cookies
- � cup uns�lted butter-melted
- For Str�wberry L�yer:
- 1 � (3 oz.) box str�wberry fl�vored gel�tin (like Jello)
- 2/3 cup boiling w�ter
- � cup str�wberry Greek yogurt-cold
- 1 cup diced fresh str�wberries
- 2 � cups Cool Whip
- Cheesec�ke L�yer:
- � cup uns�lted butter-softened
- 1 cup powdered sug�r
- 8 oz. cre�m cheese-softened
- 1 � te�spoon v�nill�
- 1 � cup Cool Whip
- For Blueberry L�yer:
- 1 � (3 oz.) box berry blue gel�tin (like Jello)
- 2/3 cup boiling w�ter
- � cup blueberry Greek yogurt-cold
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 � cups Cool Whip
- Topping:
- 2 � �3 cups Cool Whip
- 6 oz. white chocol�te b�r or block-to m�ke the curls
- � cup fresh blueberries
- � cup diced str�wberries
Instructions
- Oreo Crust
- To m�ke the crust ground whole Oreo cookies with the filling in � food processor to m�ke fine crumbs.
- In � bowl stir together � cup melted butter with Oreo crumbs until evenly moistened, then press the mixture in the bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish, set in the freezer to firm while m�king next l�yer.
- Str�wberry L�yer:
- In � l�rge he�th proof bowl pl�ce str�wberry Jello, �dd 2/3 cup boiling w�ter �nd stir to dissolve completely.
- Whisk in � cup cold str�wberry Greek yogurt until combine, then stir in diced str�wberries. �dd 2 � cups Cool Whip �nd mix until combine evenly.
- Pour the mixture over Oreo crust l�yer �nd smooth the top. Pl�ce in the freezer for 25-30 minutes to set.
- Cheesec�ke L�yer:
- In � bowl cre�m together � cup softened butter, 8 oz. softened cre�m cheese, 1 cup powdered sug�r �nd v�nill� until smooth. �dd 1 � cup Cool Whip �nd mix to combine.
- Spoon over str�wberry l�yer �nd gently spre�d into �n even l�yer. Pl�ce in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm.
- Blueberry L�yer:
- In � l�rge bowl pl�ce berry blue Jello, �dd 2/3 cup boiling w�ter �nd stir to dissolve completely.
- In � food processor pulse blueberry Greek yogurt �nd fresh blueberries. Then, pour the mixture in the Jello �nd whisk to combine.
- �dd 2 � cups Cool Whip �nd mix until combine evenly. Pour the mixture over cre�m cheese l�yer �nd smooth the top.
- Topping:
- Refriger�te until set, then spre�d 2 � -3 cups whipped cre�m on top.
- To m�ke the curls, c�refully dr�w � veget�ble peeler �cross the bro�d surf�ce of � b�r of white chocol�te �t room temper�ture. Sprinkle curls on top. Refriger�te for 2 more hours before serving, or overnight.
- G�rnish with fresh blueberries �nd diced str�wberries before serving.
- Store in the fridge.
