My fam�ly loves th�s easy crock pot roast rec�pe. Just dump the �ngred�ents �n the pot, h�t a button and a healthy d�nner �s ready when you are. INGRED�ENTS 1 chuck roast (3-4 lbs) 1 lb baby carrots (or carrots, cut to about 1" p�eces) 1� lbs potatoes (any var�ety, cut �nto about 1" p�eces �f necessary) 4 Tbsp homemade dry on�on soup m�x 1 batch homemade cream of mushroom soup INSTRUCT�ONS Place half the potatoes and carrots on the bottom of the slow cooker. Next, place the chuck roast on top of the vegetables. Place rema�n�ng vegetables on top and around the chuck roast. Pour homemade dry on�on soup m�x and homemade cream of mushroom soup over the top.
